*RECEPT ZA KUGLOF
Trebaće Vam:
-5 jaja,
-15 supenih kašika šećera
-15 supenih kašika mleka
-15 supenih kašika brašna
-1 prašak za pecivo,
-1 vanil šećer
-margarin po potrebi
-orasi, strugana čokolada, ili kandirano voće (po želji)
-kako (po želji)
Penasto umutiti belanca, pa dodati šećer, žumanca, ulje, mleko i brašno. Lagano promešati. Kalup za kuglof premazati margarinom i posuti brašnom. Dodati po želji seckane orahe, struganu čokoladu ili kandirano voće. A možete i smesu podeliti na 2 dela. U jedan deo sipati kako. Kašikom promešati masu da dobije šare. Kuglof peći 45minuta na 180 stepeni, pa prekriti folijom i peći još 15 minuta.
*GUGELHAPF RECIPE
You will need:
-5 eggs,
-15 tablespoons of sugar
-15 tablespoons of milk
-15 tablespoons of flour
-1 baking powder
-1 vanilla sugar
-margarine
-nuts, grated chocolate, or candied fruits (if You wish)
-cocoa (if You wish divided mixture)
Whisk egg whites to be foamy and add sugar,egg yolks, oil, milk and flour. Gently stir. The mold for gugelhapf should be coated with margarine and sprinkled with flour. Optinally You can add chopped nuts, grated chocolate or candied fruits. A mixture can also be divided into two parts. In one part pour cocoa. Stir with a spoon for a mixture to gain patterns. Gugelhopf should be baked for 45minutes at 180 degree, then cover it with foil and bake for another 15minutes. Voila! Bon Apetit! :-)
